Pursuant to Article 19. Paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (hereinafter: the Issuer) notifies on transaction conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Issuer.

Gordana Kovačević, Managing Director of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. notifies on disposal of 84 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., ticker: ERNT-R-A. Shares were disposed on November 4, 2016 in Zagreb on the regulated market - on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Shares were disposed at the weighted average price of HRK 1,124.85 and the total value of transaction is HRK 94,487.00.
