According to the legal regulations (Article 464 Capital Market Low), Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the Company Director, Gordana Kovačević released on December 1, 2015 and December 2, 2015, 18 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., of the total nominal value of HRK 1,800. The shares represent 0.001% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.001% votes at the Annual General Meeting.

Transactions were made on the Zagreb Stock Exchange at the average price of HRK 972.06 per share.
