(hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the Company Director, Gordana Kovačević released on November 26, 2015, 10 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., of the total nominal value of HRK 1,000. The shares represent 0.001% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.001% votes at the Annual General Meeting. Transaction was made on the Zagreb Stock Exchange at the average price of HRK 973.02 per share.
