According to the legal regulations (Article 464 Capital Market Low), Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the Company Director, Gordana Kovačević released on February 18, 2015, 100 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., of the total nominal value of HRK 10,000. The shares represent 0.008% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.008% votes at the Annual General Meeting. Transaction was made on the Zagreb Stock Exchange at the average price of HRK 1,345.5 per share.

After this transaction, Gordana Kovačević held 1,638 shares of the Company, of the total nominal value of HRK 163,800, which represent 0.12% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.12% votes at the Annual General Meeting.
