According to the legal regulations (Article 464 Capital Market Low), Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the Company Director, Gordana Kovačević released on November 25, 2014 100 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., of the total nominal value of HRK 10,000. The shares represent 0.008% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.008% votes at the Annual General Meeting. Transaction was made on the Zagreb Stock Exchange at the average price of HRK 1,362.82 per share.
