Branka Vučemilo Elezović Appointed Member of the Management Board of ENT

• As of January 1, 2026, Branka Vučemilo Elezović will become a new member of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla (ENT).

The Supervisory Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., at its meeting held on December 17, 2025, appointed Branka Vučemilo Elezović as a member of the Management Board of ENT for a four-year term starting January 1, 2026.

Branka Vučemilo Elezović is the Director of Legal Affairs and General Legal Counsel, as well as a member of the company's Leadership Team. During more than 10 years at ENT, she has made a significant contribution to strengthening corporate governance, compliance, and legal support across all business areas and affiliated companies. She played a key role in transforming the Legal function into a strategic business partner, providing support to the Management Board and Supervisory Board and participating in some of the company's most complex domestic and international projects. Before joining ENT, she held a number of senior legal positions in the telecommunications sector.
