Genova, 3 luglio 2025 – ERG S.p.A. rende noto che sono state messe a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet della società (www.erg.eu) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () le informazioni essenziali aventi ad oggetto l'aggiornamento delle pattuizioni parasociali contenute nel patto parasociale sottoscritto in data 15 settembre 2022 nel contesto del closing dell'operazione volta alla creazione della partnership di lungo periodo tra San Quirico S.p.A. e il fondo di investimento IFM Net Zero Infrastructure Fund SCSp, come successivamente modificato e integrato.

Genoa, 3 July 2025 – ERG S.p.A. hereby informs that the essential information relating to the update of the shareholders' provisions envisaged in the shareholders' agreement entered into on September 15, 2022, in the context of the closing of the transaction aimed at the creation of a long-term partnership between San Quirico S.p.A. and the investment fund IFM Net Zero Infrastructure Fund SCSp, as subsequently amended and integrated, have been made available to the public on the Company's website (www.erg.eu) and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
