Genova, 15 dicembre 2025 – ERG S.p.A. rende noto il calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2026, approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 12 dicembre u.s.
Si ricorda che il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato ai sensi dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti di continuare a predisporre, in via volontaria, i risultati finanziari consolidati al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre che saranno comunicati al pubblico, entro 45 giorni dalla chiusura del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio, attraverso una informativa trimestrale, contenente le medesime informazioni fino ad oggi fornite al mercato, conformemente ai criteri di valutazione e di misurazione stabiliti dagli International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Genoa, 15 December 2025 – ERG S.p.A. announces its corporate calendar for the year 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors on 12 December 2025.
It must be recalled that the Board of Directors resolved, pursuant to Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations, to continue to prepare, on a voluntary basis, the consolidated financial results as at 31 March and 30 September, which will be disclosed to the public, within 45 days from the end of the first and third quarters of the financial year, by means of a quarterly report, containing the same information as provided to the market to date, in accordance with the valuation and measurement criteria established by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
