Şirketimizin 17.03.2022 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda kabul edilen Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 14.04.2022 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir. Esas Sözleşme tadil metni ekte yer almaktadır.

The Company's Articles of Association, which was approved in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Company dated March 17th, 2022, has been registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on April 14th, 2022. The amendment text of the Articles of Association can be found attached.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
