Additional Explanations

According to the financial statements prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law (TPL) of our company's activities in 2022, net profit for the period is 24.264.661.561 TL, and according to the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board (CMB) communiqué no. II-14.1, net profit for the period is 18.05.034.248 TL. resulted in.

According to the decision of our Company's Board of Directors;

- Since Our Company is in the investment period, it has been decided not to distribute cash dividends in order to maintain a healthy cash flow.

- Pursuant to Article 519 of the TCC and the provisions of the CMB, as a result of reaching the 20% of the paid-in capital limit, it has been decided not to set aside 5% of the general legal reserves over the net profit for the year 2022 prepared in accordance with the provisions of the TPL.

- It has been decided to reserve the undistributed net profits for 2022 as extraordinary reserves.

It has been decided to submit these matters to the approval of the General Assembly at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company to be held on March 31, 2023.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
