Additional Explanations

According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors, dated 02 May 2019 and numbered 9636, the dividend distribution, which is approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on 21 March 2019, will start on 08 May 2019. The dividend will be deposit into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
