Şirketimizin 21.03.2019 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin tavsiyesi dikkate alınarak, Şirketimiz ve Bağlı Ortaklıkları'nın 2019 faaliyet yılı hesap ve işlemlerinin Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde denetimi için DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (A member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu)'nin bağımsız denetçi olarak seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

According to the decision of General Assembly, dated 21 March 2019, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Audit Committee, DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (A member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) was assigned to audit our Company's and our subsidiaries' accounts and transactions for 2019 accounting period within the scope of Capital Markets Legislation, Turkish Commercial Code and related regulations.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
