Eramet: Adjustment of the Rate of Conversion regarding the offering of net share settled undated bonds convertible into new shares (ODIRNAN)
The holders of net share settled undated bonds convertible into new shares (ODIRNAN), ISIN: FR0013204492, are informed that the Combined General Shareholders' Meeting of Eramet held on 23 May 2019 has approved the distribution of a dividend of €0.60 per Eramet share (ISIN: FR0000131757).
The ex-dividend date was set at 29 May 2019 and payment of this dividend started on 31 May 2019.
Following this dividend distribution and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.17.7.(b).10. of the prospectus regarding the ODIRNAN as published on the company's website on 26 September 2016, the Rate of Conversion is increased from 1.015 Eramet share to 1.027 Eramet share for 1 ODIRNAN (rounded up to the nearest thousandth), as from 31 May 2019.
