ERAMET announces that its 2008 Reference Document was filed with the market regulator autorité des marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 10th, 2009.

The document is available on the Company's website at www.eramet.fr. Copies of the Reference Document are also available free of charge from the Company's head office: Tour Maine Montparnasse, 33 avenue du Maine, 75015 Paris, France.
