Renewal of Société Le Nickel (New Caledonia) shareholders' agreement between STCPI and ERAMET group

Société Territoriale de Participation Industrielle (STCPI) and the ERAMET group have decided by common accord to renew until December 31st, 2013 their agreement as shareholders in Société Le Nickel (SLN).

ABOUT ERAMET
