Shareholders are invited to participate to the Combined General Shareholders' Meeting to be held on:
Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. (Paris time) at la Maison de l'Artisanat, 12 avenue Marceau 75008 Paris.
The notice of meeting including the agenda and resolution plan had been published in the French official gazette (BALO - Bulletin des Annonces légales obligatoires) on April 5, 2019 and the notice of convocation will be published in the BALO on May 6, 2019.
Registered shareholders will receive their notice of meeting directly.
Shareholders may request the preparatory documents for the General Meeting defined by Article R.225- 83 of the French Commercial Code by sending their request, in accordance with the applicable regulations, to BNP PARIBAS SECURITIES SERVICES, CTO Assemblées, Grands Moulins de Pantin, 9 rue du Débarcadère, 93761 Pantin Cedex.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Meeting documents and information are available for consultation by shareholders on the Eramet website www.eramet.com.
