Documents available for consultation General Assembly 2017

Dear shareholders, notice is hereby given that a Combined General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. (Paris time) at Salons de la Maison des Arts et Métiers, 9 bis Avenue d'Iéna, 75016 Paris.

The notice of meeting will be published in the French official gazette (BALO - Bulletin des Annonces légales obligatoires) as of May 5, 2017.

Registered shareholders will receive their notice of meeting directly.

Shareholders may request the preparatory documents for the General Meeting by sending their request, in accordance with the applicable regulations, to BNP PARIBAS SECURITIES SERVICES, CTS Assemblées, Grands Moulins de Pantin, 9 rue du Débarcadère, 93761 Pantin Cedex.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Meeting documents and information are available for consultation by shareholders on the Eramet website www.eramet.com.
