Extension of application period

Reference is made to the announcement from Havyard

Group ASA ("Havyard Group" or the "Company") dated 12

June 2014 in respect of its IPO and application for

listing. The application period for the share

offering was initially set to expire on 19 June 2014

at 16:00 CET. In accordance with the terms for the

offering, the Company has resolved to extend the

application period for the offering. The application

period will expire on 24 June 2014 at 16:00 CET. The

dates for allocation, payment and admission to

listing will be adjusted accordingly.
