Regarding quarterly reporting for Q4 2019

Reference is made to the company's stock exchange announcement of 18 November 2019 regarding the challenging financial situation of the subsidiary Havyard Ship Technology AS (HST). Furthermore, reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 3 December 3 2019 where it was announced that agreements was entered into with shipowners who have vessels for outfitting at the shipyard (phase 1), as well as guarantors and involved banks, which ensure completion and delivery of these vessels.

In accordance with the rules set by Oslo stock exchange, it is up to the companies themselves to decide whether to report quarterly results. The board and administration have decided to use all capacity and available resources to continue the work on financing the completion of the remaining order book at HST in a total of 7 vessels (phase 2). The Board of Directors has therefore decided that Havyard Group ASA will not present financial reporting for Q4 2019.

Work on solving the financial challenges will be continued in consultation with external advisors, and updated information will be provided as soon as possible.
