Regarding financial reporting

Reference is made to the company's stock exchange announcement of 6 February 2020 regarding financial reporting for Q4 2019, including also the annual report for 2019.

In accordance with the company's financial calendar, the annual report for 2019 is scheduled for publication on April 30 2020. Furthermore, the company's general meeting was originally scheduled to be held on May 28 2020.

The outbreak of COVID-19, as well as other conditions, has led to delays in the reporting of the annual accounts. The Board of Directors has therefore decided to postpone the publication of the annual report for 2019 until 10 June 2020, and to postpone the general meeting to 3 July 2020. Finally, it has been decided that the company does not submit financial reporting for Q1 2020.

The financial calendar will be updated in accordance with the above decisions.
