Please find attached Havyard Group ASA's audited financial

statement for 2015. The preliminary result published on

26th. of February 2016 has been reduced by MNOK 49. This is

due to an increase in the impairment of financial assets

(see note 19) and correction of purchase price allocation

(see note 10).
