Havyard Group ASA - allocation to primary insiders

Reference is made to the announcement regarding the

final results of the initial public offering

(the "Offering") of the shares of Havyard Group ASA

("Havyard" or the "Company").

Leif Roger Gjelseth, through his wholly owned company

Erle Invest AS, has been allocated 578,411 shares,

being his total shareholding following completion of

the Offering.

At the time of subscription, Leif Roger Gjelseth was

the CEO of the Company's subsidiary Havyard Fish

Handling & Refrigeration AS ("HFR") and also a member

of the group management of Havyard. In connection

with the Offering, Gjelseth will resign from these

positions, which will be taken over by Managing

Director of HFR Roar Stenersen. Gjelseth will take

position as a leader of sales and business

development in HFR. He will thereby no longer be a

primary insider of the Company.
