Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 13 December 2019 regarding information that Havyard Ship Technology AS (“HST”) had completed a transfer of title to hull no. 131, against the shipowner's payment of the construction loan.

HST has today completed a delivery and acceptance of the vessel against payment of the final delivery installment.
