FERRY CONTRACT FOR NORWEGIAN ELECTRIC SYSTEMS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement

on 20 December 2016, where it was announced that the

largest ferry company in Norway, Fjord1, had placed an

order for three electric ferries to be built at

Havyard Ship Technology's shipyard in Leirvik i Sogn.

Norwegian Electric Systems, which is owned 50,5% by

Havyard Group, has now signed a contract with Havyard

Ship Technology for the delivery of hybrid electric

systems to be installed on the above mentioned ferries.
