Solutions AS has

entered into a major

offshore contract

for delivery of

design and equipment

for the construction

of a Havyard 832

"Multi-purpose

Vessel". The vessel

shall be built at

Cemre shipyard in

Turkey for the

Danish ship owner

Esvagt, and will be

in operation for the

American oil company

Hess. The contract

value is in excess

of NOK 100 millions.
