Agreement on postponed delivery of new building

1 June 2015 Havyard Group ASA announced that Havyard Ship

Technology AS had signed a shipbuilding contract with an

international shipping company for the construction of a

Havyard 858 WE subsea vessel, building no. 123, for delivery

second quarter of 2017.

Due to the difficult market situation for offshore vessels

internationally, Havyard Ship Technology AS has today signed

an agreement with the buyer of the building 123 for

postponement of delivery of the vessel to the second quarter

of 2018. Furthermore, it is agreed that the buyer has the

right to cancel the contract in March 2016, provided that

the buyer in advance has paid Havyard Ship Technology AS an

agreed amount.

The change of delivery time for building 123 will not affect

the result for Havyard Group ASA in 2015.
