Nordic Corporate Bank ASA has today, 9 October 2024, acquired 15,920,716 shares in Eqva ASA following enforcement of security provided under two defaulted loan facilities, equivalent to approximately 21.19% of the shares and votes in Eqva ASA.

Nordic Corporate Bank ASA does not own any other shares or rights to shares in Eqva ASA.
