Notification of significant shareholdings

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Havyard Group ASA (the "Company") earlier today regarding registration of the share capital increase in Company.

As a result, the following shareholders have passed a disclosure threshold pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act:

1) ROS Holding AS has subscribed for and been delivered 5,660,027 new shares equal to 7.9% of the shares and votes in the Company. Consequently, ROS Holding AS has passed above the 5% threshold.

2) Eikestø Eiendom AS and Eikestø AS, both controlled by Rune Skarveland, have subscribed for and been delivered 4,960,847 and 2,999,511 new shares each, equal to 6.9% and 4.2% of the shares and votes in the Company, in total 11.1%. Consequently, Eikestø Eiendom AS has passed above the 5% threshold, and Rune Skarveland has passed above the 10% threshold.

3) Furuenset Eiendom AS and Fureneset Invest AS, both controlled by Trond Skarveland, have subscribed for and been delivered 4,960,847 and 2,999,511 new shares each, equal to 6.9% and 4.2% of the shares and votes in the Company, in total 11.1%. Consequently, Fureneset Eiendom AS has passed above the 5% threshold, and Trond Skarveland has passed above the 10% threshold.

4) Neve Eiendom AS and Neve Holding AS, both controlled by Even Matre Ellingsen, have subscribed for and been delivered 4,960,847 and 2,999,511 new shares each, equal to 6.9% and 4.2% of the shares and votes in the Company, in total 11.1%. Consequently, Neve Eiendom AS has passed above the 5% threshold, and Even Matre Ellingsen has passed above the 10% threshold.

5) Nintor AS has subscribed for and been delivered 16,938,645 new shares equal to 23.5 % of the shares and votes in the Company. Consequently, Nintor AS has passed above the 20% threshold.

6) Havila Holding AS owns 10,000,000 shares, which now equals 13.9% of the shares and votes in the Company. Consequently, Havila Holding AS has dropped below the 1/3, 25%, 20% and 15% thresholds.

7) Innidimman AS, controlled by Vegard Sævik, owns 1,290,000, which now equals 1.8% of the shares and votes in the Company. Consequently, Innidimman AS has dropped below the 5% threshold.

8) HRS Invest AS, controlled by Hege Sævik Rabben, owns 1,290,000 shares, which now equals 1.8% of the shares and votes in the Company. Consequently, HRS Invest AS has dropped below the 5% threshold.

9) Emini Invest AS, controlled by Njål Sævik, owns 1,290,000, which now equals 1.8% of the shares and votes in the Company. Consequently, Emini Invest AS has dropped below the 5% threshold.
