Havyard Group ASA has on 5 October 2022 sold 100 000 shares in HAV Group ASA (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction Havyard Group ASA holdings of shares in HAV Group ASA are reduced to 1 665 952 shares corresponding to 4,8 % of the total number of outstanding shares and voting rights. The Transaction consequently resulted in Havyard Group ASA falling below the 5% threshold.
