HAVYARD GROUP - NOTIFYABLE HOLDING

In connection with the recently completed exchange

offer in Havyard Group ASA ("Havyard"), MP Pensjon PK

has been informed on 25 July 2016 after market close

of an allocation of 1,889,230 shares. These shares are

expected to be delivered to MP Pensjon PK on or about

23 August 2016 in connection with the conversion of

bonds to new shares, upon which the number of shares

of Havyard will be increased from 22,528,320 to

24,781,150. MP Pensjon PK does not have any previous

holding in Havyard shares, and accordingly, the

allocation will correspond to a holding by MP Pensjon

PK in Havyard shares of 7.62%.
