Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 26 November 2020 in which Havyard announced it is considering spinning off its ownership in the four subsidiaries Havyard Design & Solutions, Norwegian Electric Systems, Norwegian Greentech and Havyard Hydrogen in a separate company to be listed on Euronext Growth.
