Merger completed - subsidiary Havyard MMC

MMC First Process

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 1 March 2017, where a letter of intent was announced for merger between Havyard MMC AS and First Process AS.

The merger was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises 13 November 2017. First Process AS has been deleted and the new company name is MMC First Process AS. The shares in the merged company is owned 75% by Havyard Group ASA, and 25% by First Process Holding AS.

The merger will have an accounting effect in the Group from the consummation date.
