Notice from Bondholders' Meeting

Today a Bondholders' Meeting was held pursuant to summons to Bondholders' Meeting of 26 May 2020 (the "Summons").

There were sufficient Bondholders present at the Bondholders' Meeting to form a quorum. The Proposal obtained 100 % of the votes, and the Proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement. The Bond Agreement will therefore be changed as set out in the Summons.

The interest for the period from and including 15 June 2020 to, but excluding 14 September 2020 shall be settled in cash as follows:

Interest rate: To be fixed 11 June 2020

Record Date: 15 June 2020

Payment Date: 17 June 2020
