Havyard Group ASA - Report Q1 2014

Please find attached the quarterly report for first

quarter 2014, which is also available on the group's

The financial statement shows revenues of NOK 430

million (373 million) and an operating profit before

depreciation and amortization - EBITDA of NOK 33

million (44 million). Operating profit - EBIT was NOK

28 million (40 million) (comparative figures for first

quarter 2013 in brackets).
