Seller of the shares is Neve Holding AS – which is also fully owned by Even Matre Ellingsen. After the transaction, Neve Eiendom AS owns 7 993 462 shares in Havyard Group ASA and Neve Holding AS owns 0 shares in Havyard Group ASA.
