Summons of bondholders' meeting
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 18 November 2019 regarding loss of equity in the subsidiary Havyard Ship Technology AS with subsequent breaches of financial covenants. The company hereby summons for a bondholders' meeting for outstanding bond loan HYARD01 PRO with request for covenant waivers and postponed payment.
Please see attached summons of bondholders' meeting for further details. The bondholders' meeting will be held on 25 March 2020.
