Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from the company of 20 May 2022, where as a result of the restructuring of the group with the merger with HG Group AS, changes will be made in the group management for Havyard Group ASA. In this connection, Eirik Sævareid takes over the role as CFO of Havyard Group, who has extensive experience from both the maritime and land-based industry. Eirik comes from similar position in HG Group.

Former CFO, Vegard Fiksdal, will now dedicate his time to the subsidiary Havyard Leirvik AS, where he will take on the role as finance manager at the shipyard.
