Resignation for employee representatives
Member of the board, Petter Thorsen Frøystad, resigns from the position as employee representative. The same applies for deputy member, Erlend Tony Urkegjerde. This as a natural consequence of the previous establishment of HAV Group ASA, where both have their employment relationship within this Group.
So far, no new employee representatives have been elected to the board of directors of Havyard Group ASA.
