Reference is made to the notice for Annual General Meeting 2019, as announced on 7 May 2019.
Please find attached an updated recommendation by the Nomination Committee regarding a new candidate for the position as board member in the company, including CV. The documents will also be made available on the company's website.
The board's proposal for the resolution by the general meeting under item 9 in the notice is amended accordingly.
