Eqva ASA - Board/Management Information 2017

New composition of the Board in Havyard Group ASA

The Annual General Meeting in Havyard Group ASA was held on

29 May 2017.

In line with the Nomination Committee's recommendations,

Vegard Sævik, Hege Sævik Rabben and Svein Asbjørn Gjelseth

were re-elected as Board members, including Vegard Sævik as

Chair of the Board. Hege Notøy was elected as new independent

Board member for Bård Mikkelsen.

The Board of Havyard Group ASA will from now on consist of

the following persons:

Vegard Sævik, Chair of the Board, up for election in 2019

Torill Haddal, Board member, up for election in 2018

Hege Sævik Rabben, board member, up for election in 2019

Svein Asbjørn Gjelseth, board member, up for election in 2019

Hege Notøy, up for election in 2019

Stig Breidvik, board member (employee representative)

Petter Thorsen Frøystad, board member (employee

representative)
