HAVYARD GROUP ASA - Karl Eirik Hansen resigns as CFO

Karl Eirik Frøysa Hansen (33) has decided to resign

as CFO in Havyard Group ASA. The company are

currently in the process of finding his replacement.

Hansen will remain in the company through his period

of notice which is three months.
