Pål Aurvåg has been

appointed as CFO of

Havyard Group ASA,

and will commence

his position on 1

July this year.

Aurvåg is 41 years

old, educated

Business Economist

within finance from

the Norwegian School

of Economics and

comes from the

position as VP

Finance in Kongsberg

Evotec AS. He has

previously held

senior positions at

Rolls Royce Marine

within procurement,

improving of

business processes

and finance. The CFO

reports to the CEO

and is a member of

the corporate

management in

Havyard Group ASA.

Pål Aurvåg replaces

Karl Eirik Frøysa

Hansen who resigned

from his position as

CFO of Havyard Group

ASA earlier this

month.
