HAVYARD GROUP ASA - NEW CFO APPOINTED

Karl Eirik Frøysa Hansen (33) has been appointed as

new CFO after Idar Fuglseth in Havyard Group ASA

from 01.01.2015.

Mr. Hansen comes from the position as Chief

Accounting Officer in the company. He holds an MSc

in Auditing from Norwegian School of Economics(NHH).

Mr. Hansen is a State Authorised Public Accountant,

and has worked in EY and BDO prior to joining

Havyard Group ASA in 2012.

Mr. Fuglseth will continue in Havyard as a Senior

Advisor on part-time basis.
