The shareholders of Eqva ASA are hereby given notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 28 December 2023 at 10:00 CET. The meeting will be held as a fully digital meeting through the general meeting portal administered by Euronext Securities Oslo (the "ESO Portal").
