Group ASA was held

on Thursday 21 May

agenda were approved

in accordance with

the Board's

proposals in the

notice, but so that

the Board's

authorization to

increase the share

capital through new

subscription of

shares (item 13 on

the agenda) was

decreased from 50%

to 10% of the share

capital.
