Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting in Havyard Group ASA

was held today, 29 September 2014, in Havyard's

premises in Fosnavåg. The extraordinary general

meeting approved the board´s proposal without

amendments. A dividend of NOK 2.68 will be paid on 8

October. Ex-date is 30.09.
