A stock swap is a method of exercising a stock option in which the option holder relinquishes enough shares of stock to cover the exercise price of the option being exercised and related withholding taxes. As a result of this stock swap, the reporting person acquired 12,924 shares of Equity Bancshares Inc. The price in column 4 is the Equity Bancshares Inc. close price as of June 1st when the option holder requested the stock swap exercise and it was approved by Equity Bancshares Inc.
