Subject: Submission of an additional request to update the work plan in the Shimshon License (hereinafter: the License) I/18

Further to the provisions of section 9.2.3.8 of part A of the Company's periodic report for 2024 published on March 31, 2025 (Reference No. 2025-01-023400) regarding requests submitted to the Supervisor of Oil Affairs (hereinafter: the Supervisor) to update the work plan in the License, the Company respectfully wishes to update that following discussions held by the License partners with the Supervisor, an additional request by the License partners to the Supervisor to update the work plan in the License has been submitted.

As of the date of this report, a response from the Supervisor to the request has not yet been received.

The partners in the License and their ownership percentages are as follows:

52.77%	Isramco Negev 2, Limited Partnership
21.122%	Univen Israel Ltd.
10.554%	HNEL – Israel Oil Company Ltd.
10.554%	Modiin Energy – Limited Partnership
