Publication of the 2026 Financial Calendar

Milan, December 22 nd , 2025

EQUITA Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces the publication of its 2026 Financial Calendar. The calendar has also been published on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage and on the Company's website (www.equita.eu, Investor Relations section, Financial Calendar area).

12 March 2026	Board of Directors Approval of the Draft and Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025
22 April 2026	Shareholders' Meeting Approval of the Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025
14 May 2026	Board of Directors Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as of 31 March 2026
10 September 2026	Board of Directors Approval of the Half-Year Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30 June 2026
12 November 2026	Board of Directors Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as of 30 September 2026

The Company will make available to the public its annual report (which will include the documentation set forth by Article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of the Consolidated Law on Finance) within 90 days from the close of the relevant fiscal year. Therefore, according to Article 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a) of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, the Company will be exempted from the obligation to publish fourth quarter's financial statements.

Any change occurring to the 2026 Financial Calendar will be promptly disclosed to market.
