Publication of the 2024 Financial Calendar
Milan, 20th December 2023
EQUITA Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces the publication of its 2024 Financial Calendar. The calendar has also been published on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage and on the Company's website (www.equita.eu, Investor Relations section, Financial Calendar area).

| 14 March 2024 | Board of Directors Approval of the Draft and Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31st December 2023 |
| 18 April 2024 | Shareholders' Meeting Approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2023 |
| 14 May 2024 | Board of Directors Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as of 31st March 2024 |
| 12 September 2024 | Board of Directors Approval of the Half-Year Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30th June 2024 |
| 12 November 2024 | Board of Directors Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as of 30th September 2024 |
The Company will make available to the public the Annual Financial report (together with the other documentation referred to in Article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of the Consolidated Law on Finance) within 90 days from the close of the relevant fiscal year. Therefore, pursuant to Article 2.2.3., paragraph 3, letter a) of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, the Company will be exempted from the obligation to publish the statements regarding the fourth quarter.
Any change occurring to the 2024 Financial Calendar will be promptly disclosed to the market.
